Overview

Address Manager (AM) assists civic addressing agencies to improve their work flow and accuracy in meeting the NG9-1-1 standards. AM is a web application that uses a standard data model compatible with NENA's NG9-1-1 GIS Data Model.

AM is normally available as an online web application, however, it can be installed locally on ArcGIS Enterprise.

AM uses the following GIS layers:

•Site Address Points

•Road Centrelines

•Parcels

•Buildings

AM can be operated with only site address points and road centrelines, but some tools will be unavailable.
